'Since the Arab nations are concerned about Egypt's water, they should donate funds to develop geothermal, wind turbine and solar to power up desalination plants for Egypt. With two huge seas, Egypt has UNLIMITED water for agriculture and sanitation. Israel did and turned their desert green with standard new technology. Rather than demanding 85% of the Nile, Egypt must PLAN and IMPLEMENT for their future rather than complain to their neighbors. Water does come from Ethiopia and they must feed their starving population.'
